I purchased very fragile items and instructed how they should be packed. They used newspaper and four figurines broke. They would not issue a fair refund and not even the cost of the shipping! Very unprofessional.
User's recommendation: Do not trust them to ship goods.

Hired Melissa to hold estate sale for 8500 sq ft house filled with high quality items. She also committed to handle the donation of (and then disposal of) any remaining items after the sale. Trilogy's set up and pricing was professionally done. Unfortunately, they did a horrible job marketing. Very few people came and only a tiny fraction of the items were sold. My husband and I had to handle having all the remaining items removed. (Melissa's partner gave us some names of contractors, but that was it for assistance.). There was also no follow up communication. and onlyaaaaaaand a

Did not deliver. Extremely disappointed.
